Goated company and product. If you ever have doubts, just don't. Take your wallet out and throw it at the screen. They have impeccable customer service if you have any issues. They replaced my split box not ONCE, NOT TWICE, BUT THREE TIMES. BRUH. If that doesn't get an A+ and a chef's kiss, I don't know what does. Anyway, I went with this one instead. And this is something you need in your life, let me tell you. It even has a slit on top to smoke out of. You can practically get anything these days. Life is wild. Looks like a regular old vape. So far I love it. I thought I would have to open the lid everytime I wanted to take a hit but no, there is a tiny slit at the top that allows you to puff right through the lid. That, I was not expecting. Very cool. Feels good in the pocket, nice and lyght. Smooth sliding in and out of the pocket. No more worries about breaking the cartridge in my pocket.

Overall great idea. However to the idea behind this is being discreet but the mouth slit prevents you from taking a solid hit due to it getting clogged so quick. Good idea definitely not perfect.

I like it but I don't like is you can only use a cart that has a cigar tip and not a round tip so you can't take a hit with it closed with a round tip on your cart other than that it's awesome and it works well but I really wish you would have designed the top of the cap to accept a round tip because the cigar tip ones clog up way too fast to even want to deal with that

Overall great product! But I did find it hard to use the discrete mouthpiece since it seemed to get clogged quite often. And I found that some carts unfortunately don’t fully fit since some are too tall for it but overall great!

Great product. I love it. But the small draw hole when the lid is closed tends to get plugged up and needs to be cleaned.

I think this is a great product however I've noticed it does get clogged more than the others. Not too bad granted you can get something to clean it but it is a bit annoying. I also noticed after a while of having it the silicone piece covering the heating element starts to prevent the top from fully closing. Like I said this is a great product just those two little things.

Very nice quality, but a little awkward to use.
